I call this one
Contrary Creek Tiller Fish (a local creek near me full of mining chemicals
from long ago........). Legend has it this fish existed at one time,
but a live specimen has never been seen since the old gold mining days that
took place in this stream. The fish reportedly swam in a flat
position, because the creek was very shallow. It used it's "tiller" to
propel itself up and down the stream and it's main diet was gold.......hence
the gold flecks on it's body. While you can still find placer gold
panning this creek, it appears most of the gold "nuggets" have already been
gobbled up by the Tiller Fish. A

This particular fish design I enjoy the most out
of all the different fish I produce. I'm not sure why, but to me it
has so many different possibilities of texture and color. From a swirl
design, to paint color to heat treatment process, I never seem to run out of
ideas for this one. I offer different sizes, a 4 x 8 and 7 x 16 in various
textures and colors. I'm sure you'll find one you like!
